Its the first official holiday of summer where people head to the woods or cabins for camping and boating. The weather can be unpredictable of course and it can be scorching sun, showers, torrential rain or we could have flurries. Its what makes Newfoundlanders a hardy bunch.

Its been lovely weather so far, warmest of the year. I've had a really nasty cold that's knocked me flat however, so haven't done a lot.
And no, no holidays for artists if you want to keep ahead of the game.
Glad the weather kept well but sorry about the cold - not fun and hard to produce much when you feel ill. Hope it's gone as soon as the long weekend and you get some time to enjoy it. Take care!
